FAAC Technologies: Katia Marinangeli is the new CFO and Stefano Tamba becomes CLO

FAAC Technologies announces two important appointments within its organisation chart. Katia Marinangeli has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer, while Stefano Tamba assumes the role of Chief Legal Officer with an expansion of his responsibilities.
Katia Marinangeli graduated in Business Administration from the University of Bologna, specialising in Finance and Control. After significant experiences in Barilla and Ducati, where she held roles of increasing responsibility, she joined FAAC Technologies in 2018 as Business Unit Controller. In 2021, she took on the role of R&D Controller and Regional Controller for the Americas Region, until her recent promotion to CFO.
Stefano Tamba graduated in Law from the University of Bologna and holds two master’s degrees in Business & Law and Corporate Law from the Sole 24ore Business School. After experience as a lawyer in international law firms, he joined FAAC Technologies in 2013, where he assumed increasing responsibilities until becoming Group General Counsel. Now, as CLO, he will also be responsible for Corporate Governance and will be Secretary of the Board of FAAC S.p.A.
